Shelley is the Managing Director, with a tenure since 2011. Her journey began in the Civil Service post A Levels, transitioning into the property sector in 2001. With a robust career, she has excelled as a Property Acquisition Specialist, Residential Property Managing Director, and Chief Operating Officer in the specialised housing sector. Shelley holds three A Levels in Business, Economics, and Theology, complemented by a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management.

Beyond her professional pursuits, she enjoys travelling, language and acquisition and cherishing moments with her family. Shelley is married and a proud parent to one daughter.
