Your Responsibilities
Although we repair many items, we do not do everything.
You are responsible for:
- Blocked drains or toilet waste, except where pipework is faulty
- Broken plugs and/or chain, including missing ones
- Blinds and curtains
- Decorating, including after any repairs you or we carry out
- Small or hairline cracks in plaster on walls and/or ceilings
- Damp, mould and condensation

- Replacing keys or locks
- Doorbell
- TV aerials and satellite dishes
- Aids and adaptations
