We encourage you to decorate your property as we want this to be your home.

If you would like to decorate, please complete our alterations form and return it to your Housing Officer.

We would always suggest waiting a few months to settle in before making an alterations request, as decorating can be expensive, and we would like to make sure that you like your new home before making any big changes.

If you do make any changes and then move out, you must put it back to how it was when you moved in.
