To end your tenancy, you must complete our notice to leave form and return it to your housing officer. You need to give us four weeks’ notice before you move out your home.

When moving out you will need to make sure all your belongings are removed and any changes you made to the property are put back to how it was when you moved in. Please make sure you leave the property clean and tidy and in good condition. If it is damaged or needs redecorating, you may have to pay for us to put it right.
