Steve was appointed as the chief executive of Westmoreland in April 2020 and was appointed as executive director in July 2021.

Steve is an experienced leader and director with 30 years of experience in business leadership and transformation in different sectors. He has worked in the Housing Sector for five years and is the founder of the Specialised Supported Housing Network, a network of registered housing associations providing homes and services for vulnerable adults across England and Wales.

Steve is married with one daughter, currently at university.
