We are a dedicated charity, specialising in providing homes for vulnerable adults across England and Wales. We started our journey in 2010 and are proud to home over 1700 people with a wide range of needs and abilities.
Whether you want to live in supported accommodation or independent living, you are in safe hands with us. We can adapt homes to meet your needs and provide you with a choice of where you want to live, offering a bespoke service that fits you.
We work closely with our tenants and their families, local authorities, support providers and various partners to ensure we deliver the best service. We work with external support providers which are nominated by the local councils, they will work with you to develop your support plan and care package to your requirements.
We provide a 24hr quality repairs and maintenance service and intensive housing management to ensure you get the help and support you need.

Please give as much information as possible on the nature of your repair, including what the repair is, where it is and how access can be gained.
You will be asked to provide your contact details and confirm that you give us permission to pass your details on to our partnering contractors, who will contact you to arrange a suitable appointment.

If you are interested in living in one of our properties and would like to apply, then you will need to speak to Adult Social Services. Since our homes are all supported living properties, our tenants are referred to us by social workers and social services, rather than applying directly to us. This is because we have to make sure the right person is given the right home and since all of our tenants and applicants have their own individual needs, we need to make sure our properties can provide them with what they need to live happy, comfortable and more independent lives whilst being safe, secure and supported. We also ask for people to be referred because sometimes our properties already have people living in them, so we also have to make sure that our new tenants are a good match with the people already living in a property so that everyone can get along and enjoy their BeST home.

David moved into his new home in March 2019 and is supported by Autism Care.
David said “Moving here was like a breath of fresh air, I like the people I live with, my keyworker and sup-port team. I have got into a good routine and I am very happy!”
David has a busy week working part time at B&Q, which he really enjoys. David stock shelves, helps customers, uses the computers to put orders through and cleans up.
Alex has lived in his supported accommodation for 13 years. He is a keen sportsman and attends the local gym four nights a week. Alex supports Cardiff City and has a season card attending every home and away game whenever possible.
He is a well-known face at the stadium due to the support he shows for the team. During an international game for Wales in March 2019 he was invited to meet both Ryan Giggs and Gareth Bale.
This was not a first for Alex as meeting Gareth Bale at an earlier date gave him a signed shirt that is proudly displayed on Alex's bedroom wall.
